According to Article 28(5), the Concerned Member State shall adopt the decision according to the Assessment Report. The CMS (and RMS in case of CDP procedure) grants a national MA within 30 (thirty) days after acceptance of procedure. However, in reality this may take a few months depending on the Member State Competent Authority and the quality of the translation provided by the applicant and also the time needed by the applicant to provide the translations.
