ARBITRATION (Article 13) • Type II variations can only be referred on PSRPH grounds – by CMS

 CMDh will focus only on changes where PSRPH raised  Grouped variations: remaining acceptable changes will not be approved until referral is finalised  Arbitration will be avoided if the MAH withdraws the variation – must withdraw entirely, from all MS
