What happens next…Regulatory Operations

● Report Publishing: - Individual documents that must be combined (i.e. CSRs, RMPs, PBRERs,) – should be on own timeline and takes place before the submission. – In-house tool to produce one final PDF or a ‘PDF slam’ (combining multiple documents together) ● MS Word documents: - Formatting checks of all MS Word documents – In-house templates worked correctly and fix associated issues (usually reset TOCs, table & figure, correct any header/footers). – Occasionally, MS Word documents can become corrupt, which may take longer for the team to fix. If you notice anything peculiar happening whilst writing, contact this team immediately to help resolve, sooner rather than later. ● PDF Documents: - RO will perform a ‘submission ready’ QC, checking for the following;

● Duplicate documents: - Has the document already been submitted to the agency in a previous sequence (e.g. certificates, references)? Documents should not be submitted again, so discuss further options with RO.
