• Why have a Table of Contents? • Helps to outline and organise the document • Gives the reader a high-level view of the content in the document
• Provides a roadmap to quickly locate information that the reader is interested in – saves in having to scroll through the document when looking for a section • After making changes to the document can automatically update the TOC (Press Control plus A keys followed by F9 key)
