• May 26 th , 2021 – All Medical Devices should comply to the new MDR 2017/745 (Hard Transition) • Article 120 – Transitional Provision: • Products with a valid certificate issued by a Notified body in accordance with Directive 90/385/EEC and 93/42/EC can still be sold until the end of the certificate due date. • But not more than December 31 st 2028
