• Project to structure and automatically process the data from the Application Form into Agency database • 2002: TIGes decided to create a standard Application Form (AF) for exchange of structured administrative information • PDF form with XML information to facilitate automated processing of this information • Data entry in PDF by use of structured data and validation. Some technical limitations (performance issues: opening takes time due to Controlled Vocabularies) • Mandatory use: o July 2015: Centralised Procedures o 1 January 2016: for all procedures • Only AT and ES use the information from the eAF to import automatically
