How to define/specify the desired quality?

Specifications

• Contain qualitative and quantitative attributes of the packaging material

• Qualitative attributes: e.g. appearance, identity

• Quantitative attributes: e.g. density, diameter

• Are the basis for the incoming goods inspection

• Describe the nature of the goods and are therefore also part of the contract with the supplier
