Clause 17 Representatives

• Must be trained, behave ethically and comply with the Code

• No fee or inducement or subterfuge permitted for the purposes of gaining an interview

• Care over frequency, timing and duration of calls

• Must not mislead as to their identity or the company they represent

• Must provide, or have available to provide, an SmPC

• Training material must be prepared and certified
