Introduction to Case Study The Cardiohype leaflet is intended as a journal (loose i.e. separate) insert in Pulse, a GP journal. The purpose of the exercise is to work through each page of the leaflet and decide whether it complies with the Code or whether there are any potential problems which would need further clarification. On the information in the exercise it is not always possible to decide whether something would actually be in breach of the Code, only that there might be a problem with it.
