• ITCC-P4 • IMI consortium led by industry, with academia and regulators (2017 – 2023); platform sustained as non profit now ITCC-P4 gGmbH • sustainable, comprehensive preclinical drug testing platform in paediatric oncology • connect4children(c4c) • public-private partnership network co-funded by the IMI2 and EFPIA; platform sustained as a non profit now c4c-Stichting(Utrecht, NL) • successfully co-created a Pan-European Paediatric Clinical Trial Network and related services, effectively tackling the challenges faced by academia and industry in the development of medicines for children

• Established in 2017 as a non-profit to provide the resources necessary to conduct efficient and effective pediatric clinical trials, to ensure children have better access to safe, effective pediatric drugs, biologics and medical devices • April 1, 2025: winding down operations; will be dissolved by mid summer • I-ACT’s current resources and educational materials will remain available through the Critical Path Institute (C-Path) at https://c-path.org • Focused on providing learning resources, regulatory-quality trial-ready clinical sites, expert guidance on strategy, planning and compliance and undertook quality improvement initiatives • Working closely with C4C to establish a global alliance of pediatric research sites and experts - enhancing international collaboration and accelerating pediatric drug development • I-ACT’s sites will benefit from opportunities arising from c4c’s educational offering at https://conect4children.eu Institute for advanced Clinical Trials for Children I-ACT
