Tips to enhance communication

Developing a trust-based relationship takes a long time In order to understand the Japanese and win their trust: - Make an effort to build relationship (Face to face meetings) - Deliver on time (Punctuality, meet timelines) - Honor your promises (even the most trivial ones!) - Admit your mistakes, apologize

- Be humble - Be patient - Avoid annoying practices (ringing cell phones, speaking loudly, etc…)
